Antique stove A
A Danish multifuel antique stove circa 1920
This elegant and compact antique stove is made entirely from cast iron. The decoration is intricate (typical of Danish antique stoves) and yet quite understated. The fire can be viewed through the large circular mica window. The stove stands 43" high from floor to the top of the ‘drop back’ hotplate cover.(picture below) This picture also shows the top door which is used for feeding the fire or can be left open to view the flames! The width and depth is 13" and fully stoked the heat output would be 9kw. The stove's flue is rear mounted and is 5" in diameter.
A little gem.
